Our management team has prepared numerous grant application over 30 years in municipal government. Many of these applications funded and accounted for millions of dollars of infrastructure improvements including water and sewer systems, drainage systems, streets, parks, downtown revitalization, housing, economic development, emergency management, first responder facilities, and other capital improvements.

Our team of Administrators and Engineers work side by side to assemble a competitive, accurate application that exceeds the target Agency’s requirements. We have worked with various types of funding, ranging from sub-market rate low interest loans, 100% grants, or a combination of both grant and loan, procured through various agencies and methods.
